Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Notes about this recipe

I made this but I heavily edited it due to some ingredients not being possible to get. It was still really good. I really like the texture the cream cheese added, When the grocery stores have more fresh herbs like basil, oregano, etc I will try again as I think the dried didn't do a great job of replicating the flavor that is suppose to come through. The flavour is definitely reminiscent of pepperoni though.
