Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I was going to double the recipe but then it turned out that I had less farro in the pantry than I thought, so it ended up being more like quadruple mushroom farro, but honestly it wasn't too much! This kept well in the fridge for several days making great lunches, and I have a couple more portions in the freezer so I'll see how they hold up too. Forgot to add the cheese until my last serving several days later -- it was good both with and without.
