Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I had trouble making the caramel sauce and i thought the middle of my flan was too wittily when i took it out. But i had faith and let it chill for 24 hours. Came out great. I would definitely make this again. It’s a bit complex but follow all the steps. My daughter helped. We needed more than two hands and eyes on this one!
