    Well, I sort of made these. I used my gluten-free Lebkuchen recipe but used the far superior Lebkuchen spice mix from this recipe. It was delicious and so much more like the Lebkuchen I used to eat when I lived in Germany (pre-coeliac diagnosis). Very happy!
