    These weren’t quite as good as the Smitten Kitchen strawberry shortcakes(based on a Claudia Fleming recipe), but they were much simpler and faster to make. I mixed the butter and dry ingredients in a food processor and used whipped cream from a squirt can which made it even easier. The strawberry shortcakes were very satisfying.

    So easy, and so great! We used a combination of raspberries, blackberries and blueberries. Heavenly.
