    I used this more as a guide than strictly following the recipe, given that I was feeding more than two people, and have the usual Covid ingredient problems. I used a whole box of farfalle, one (fairly large) radicchio, 1 pear, and probably about 6 ounces of gorgonzola. I added some cream to the cheese to make it smoother, and added olive oil to the pan with the pear and walnuts. I’d definitely do this again, but would love more radicchio. I liked it a lot.

    Super quick to make, perfect for a weeknight dinner and really well liked by us adults. We loved the combination of sweet pears and bitter radicchio with the cheese. Again, failed to convince the boys to eat Gorgonzola, will keep trying.
