    My daughter uses mango chutney often in a chicken recipe her and her husband enjoys. I've never had mango chutney as I can remember so she gave me some of her jar so I could make these. I only made half a recipe for just me. It was different for sure. An interesting breakfast and I couldn't make up my mind about it. I'm glad I tried it but probably wouldn't make again. I couldn't find a red hot pepper so I just used a green jalapeno.

    Made these last night - easy and good! Had no problem with the dough, it was a bit dry so I added some water. My only problem was peeling the eggs - I need more practice, or maybe just poach them instead. Really easy recipe for me because I usually have all the ingredients on hand.

    Have tried these flatbreads three times and not sure the ratio of ingredients is correct. Have found much more flour was required and still a bit hit and miss!
