    Halved the recipe to make for 2. We really enjoyed this. Cooking the mushrooms on the dry frying pan really did make a difference. I added a tablespoon of creme fraiche to the chicken mixture. We served with sautéed carrots.

    Much lighter than a traditional pot pie. I modified it a little by using a few dried mushrooms, soaked in the water that's added, and also a little cornflour to thicken the sauce.
