    The peanut sauce for this dish is wonderful (taste test pre broil) but under the broiler atop the chicken, the sauce was pretty much burned even though the chicken was juicy. I did broil my breasts on high while Mr. Oliver calls for medium. And I added a couple minutes because my chicken and sauce weren’t done at 5 minutes. My broiler only has two settings: high or low. This is worth a second try. Next time I will broil on low for a longer period of time. One change: I used part of a jalapeño pepper rather than hot red Chile pepper.
