    A little bland and disappointing. Didn’t taste like more than the sum of its parts.

    This was good! Next time try to get salmon with skin removed. Possibly toss it all in the food processor to save time. Took way more than 22 minutes. Also annoying he didn't give a salt measurement...no desire to taste raw fish for salt. Guessing I put in 1/2 t. I also chopped and added all cilantro instead of saving some for garnish. Melting the chili jam with water was kind of weird. Next time I'd just melt it a bit in the mircrowave and brush on. Served with Julia Turshen's shaved green apple salad with fish sauce, brown sugar, lime juice, chili and salted peanuts. Rice good with this too.
