    Very easy, used Thai yellow curry instead of korma paste and added spinach. Excellent and ideal for a weeknight dinner.

    Nothing too spectacular but good as a quick and easy weeknight meal. I added a variety of vegetables - carrots, capsicum, broccoli and cauliflower - to up the vege count.
