    Very good. We made a 2 serving and used tilapia. We used 1 cup of rice to 2 c water and cooked fish for 10 min. ( didn’t add the extra 2 min) It was perfect. Light and made an excellent quick meal. We also couldn’t find the olive tapenade. But found a Mediterranean olive bruschetta and it worked just fine.

    The rice was still firm at the end of the recommended cooking time, so gave it all another 5 minutes. By that time the rice was cooked but the fish was dry. If I cooked it again I would cook the rice for 5-10 minutes and then add the fish.
