    Wonderful. I made a couple changes based on what I had on hand : used a 10 ounce ribeye steak, regular size bok choy, and soy sauce instead of miso paste. I either didn’t cut my ginger into small enough matchsticks or didn’t cook them long enough, as they were too strong in flavor to fully enjoy. Note: This recipe has six ingredients. You add red wine vinegar to the braising ingredients at the end of the short cooking time. I served this with jasmine rice and a cucumber and peanut salad. This is good enough to repeat.
