    Excellent. Very easy and quick. A very nice presentation. Great afternoon lunch meal I also tried this with broiled salmon for my vegetarian friends. And they all loved it

    This is the best tasting, quick weeknight dinner! Low carb and fabulous. I make it almost weekly. I think this book is the one that truly shows what a genius Jamie is. The combinations that he puts together using only 5 ingredients is amazing.
