    Quick and easy preperation - followed by a four hour braise in the oven. The meat really falls apart in the end. I accidentaly bought sweet mustard (it was just next to the whole grain mustard in the grocery aisle...) and with the onions and carrots the final dish was notably sweet, but in a good way. Don’t particularly care for Worchestershire sauce so substituted with some soy sauce and fish sauce - not authentic but it worked :) Served it with a gratin dauphinois, which joined the beef in the oven for the last hour.
