    Great flavor for very little work. Took 25 min from start to finish including prep. I used 2 15-oz cans chickpeas. My pork was still rosy in the center after the stated time, which was fine with us. 3 of us finished it all with some bread to mop up the juices.

    This was pretty good and a great weeknight meal. The pork was very tender and the veggies were a nice accompaniment. The pork took 20 minutes not 12 as stated

    This was very good. The chickpeas and roasted red peppers were almost a meal in themselves. I could only get a jar of peppers in oil, but used the olive oil to drizzle the dish at the end.
