    The lamb was really bland (should be browned first) and the liquid was watery and tasted of not much but sweetness from the mint jelly. The potatoes didn't brown on top, so I had to stick the hotpots under the broiler for a few minutes. It's easy to make, but it tastes like lots of shortcuts were taken.
