    Very quick, hearty, and excellent taste. Carrots added. This needed some counterpoint to sour taste and I added about 1 1/2 T brown sugar as well as 1 T German style grainy mustard. I would increase the amount of carrots and potatoes next time. Used brats but I think knockwurst would work better here.
