    This is a perfect holiday/every day/make ahead recipe! I've made this as directed for a meal at home; and made it, put into a casserole topped with the shallots, fridged it,then taken it to a friend's party, reheated 20 minutes at 350 deg.and it was perfect. In a pinch you could skip doing the shallots and top with purchased crispy shallots or onions
