    Delicious, even with some changes! I had a bunch of different greens (collard, kale, radish tops, leafy bok choy) from my CSA that I needed to use up and this was a great way to do so. I used walnuts in lieu of pine nuts but next time I would definitely upgrade to just the pine nuts. A bit of extra work in the prep stages but it made two decent sized dinners for my small family. I would totally use this filling for appetizer size portions too. Don’t skip the pecorino, as it adds that extra punch it requires.
