    This was a surprise hit! I really wanted something warm and sweet for pud tonight but didn't want to make anything proper. I also wanted something gluten free as it's looking like I'm possibly gluten intolerant. This really hit the spot! I made it with a large egg, baking powder and raspberry jam and it was very cake like and tasty. Much nicer than I was expecting. I would definitely make again:)
