    Really tasty soup that is very easy to prepare. Instead of aji amarillo paste, I made an aji sauce recommended in the comments (https://www.epicurious.com/recipes/food/views/aji-sauce-353812).

    This was excellent. Not being a sweet potato fan, I substituted baby Yukon Golds with fine results. Other than that I made as directed.
