    Had to use ground cardamom and coriander. Overall turned out well, but could've used a bit more spice and salt. Perhaps due to my needed substitutions. Ate with rice. Leftovers were great!

    - Lightly crush the coriander seeds. - Used 2 cups of mixed frozen veg in place of the peas.
