    Great quick pasta recipe that's not heavy (despite the butter, cheese, and cream). A fair bit of flavour. Serve with a nice big salad. Satisfying flavours.

    This is a great quick recipe, that can be easily modified, I often add chopped red pepper and / or green peas or use different paeta. The sauce comes together easily as the pasta cooks. Be sure to use tuna in oil. It's tastier with cream in the sauce, still great with lower fat milk and extra butter or EVOO.
