    Cooking rice using the RICE function is so easy, but it makes too much rice for a meal for us. I'll freeze or refrigerate leftovers and then reheat using the STEAM function. "Add 1.5 cups water to the inner pot and place the rice in a heat-safe bowl or container on the trivet. Secure the lid, set the valve to "sealing," and cook on the "Steam" setting for 3-5 minutes. Allow for a 5-minute natural pressure release before performing a quick release to open the lid and serve. "
