    Very tasty recipe; the dressing really makes the salad. I used red onion & tempered the bite in hot water before adding to the salad, otherwise the onion would have had to be left out. My capers were, unfortunately, over the hill, so no capers. No tarragon either bc I forgot to get some! For the generic vinegar, I chose red wine vinegar; potatoes were a combo of Yukon gold & baby red. It seemed there was too much dressing at first, but the warm potatoes really soaked it up.
