    Made by request for my husband, who loves takeaway Korean fried chicken! I followed the recipe closely including the double-frying step, and we were really happy with the results. Crisp but not greasy, with a well-flavoured sauce. My only change in future would be to reduce the ginger, but that's just for my family's palate (they're not big fans) - it's great as written.
