    I scaled this back to 8 oz of the best ground beef I can get (ie not Niman Ranch as suggested :) , used a heavier hand with the Dijon & added a little minced garlic. This flavourful mix gave me 4 x 2 oz sliders that we topped with the caramelized onions + aged cheddar, mayo & tomato relish. This was great little dinner beside a green salad

    I used 85% lean grass-fed beef. The burgers were quite juicy and flavorful even when cooked through. We had them on regular buns and added Gouda cheese, lettuce, and tomato (in addition to the onions). Nice recipe.
