    Excellent technique cooking the pasta in the milk and water then adding cheese. Super quick. Crispy onions were excellent. Though the lemon pesto didn’t work for us for a Mac and cheese.

    This recipe was quick to pull together and a different flavour profile but I don’t think it will replace our normal macaroni cheese recipes as I found the feta made the sauce a little grainy
