    Another delicious recipe from this cookbook. Like most of the recipes in this cookbook, I haven’t had the original recipe, but thoroughly enjoyed the Copycat recipe. These noodles have so much flavour! I followed the recipe except for the shrimp. I didn’t have a lot of shrimp to choose from and ended up buying frozen cooked shrimp with tails on. I thawed the shrimp and didn’t add them until the very end. I added them with the cooked chicken and put the glass cover on the IP and they heated up nicely. It actually turned out very well and I would do that again in future. This recipe was so good I’m making it again this week. Delicious!
