    Delicious! This was the first time that I used my Instant Pot to make mussels and it’s the only way I’ll make them now. The tomato-based sauce was so good and crushed red pepper added a nice bit of heat. My husband and I polished off the 2 lbs. of mussels by ourselves and had garlic bread on the side to sop up the delicious sauce. Can’t wait to make this recipe again!
