    Very easy recipe and nice enough - but the best lentil salad I ever had? Nope. I don't understand all the hype. I used a spicy tomato sauce which I had made for another dish, and a mix of Puy and black lentils.

    Delicious! I was skeptical but it was so good, just the mix of Trader Joe’s lentils and a jar of their bruschetta. I added lime juice, avocado, cilantro, and Tobasco and we struggled to stop eating it.
