    5 stars. Lovely and much simpler method for making spanakopita. The layer of phyllo in the middle acts as a sponge for any residual juices from the greens and you’re rewarded with a crispy bottom. Works well with vegan /violife feta and incorporating other greens like kale and arugula with the spinach.
