    This is a great, easy recipe. Would be perfect for entertaining. The recipe calls for 2Tbsp gochujang/serving. Depending on the brand, this could be too much salt or heat for some. I’d recommend starting with less and tasting as you blend it in. I used cremini mushrooms and they worked fine. I served it with sticky rice and steamed broccolini.

    This marinade was really flavorful, and the sablefish stayed moist and flaky. I would definitely make this again.
