    Interesting variation on classic lentil soup. Recipe made easily 6 litres of soup — easy recipe for a crowd. I used Vegeta for the vegetable stock which added a good boost to salt. Skipped the parsley because I was out. Flavour of freshly ground cumin really came through the next day. Would make again.
