    Bought the book because the majority of recipes only use one egg which makes it easy to sub (flax egg). Recipe notes say you must follow the instructions as written. Good advice, as they turned out perfectly and did not "dome". Used Betty Crocker vanilla frosting which is quick and easy. Yields 12 small cupcakes, perfect!
