    I presume this is the recipe I made, tibs, an Ethiopian dish with all the ingredients listed + red wine, tomatoes, and niter kibbeh. It was excellent. The family was aglow. It was wetter than what I had in my mind's eye, based on what I've had in Ethiopia and other parts of Africa. But the flavor was terrific. I'd brown it in batches next time and should have this time around.
