    This has been my go-to Thai curry recipe for maybe 15 years? We love it. I don’t change anything except I use dried Kaffir lime leaves and usually use sweet basil instead of Thai. I try to keep all ingredients on hand so I can make it when I feel like making a super easy dinner.
