    Very tasty. Followed the recipe other than I did not add ALL of the bean-cooking liquid when pureeing the beans into soup - if I had it would not be a “cream of …” soup but a broth! I wanted it to have a bit of body. Since making this as a simple lunch, I topped it with what I had on hand: queso fresco. I think it would definitely benefit from the roasted chiles, cilantro and/or tortilla chips called for in the recipe.
