Can substitute bok choy for baby bok choy, baby arugula or watercress for baby spinach, golden cherry tomatoes for cherry tomatoes, roasted sunflower seeds for toasted sliced almonds, and the book's "Japanese-style carrot-ginger dressing" for dark sesame oil and rice vinegar.
