Can substitute canned refried beans for refried pinto beans, yellow squash for zucchini, kale for baby spinach, and canned mild green chiles for chili peppers. Can use the book's "Refried pinto beans (Frijoles refritos)" and "Fresh tomato salsa". See recipe for variations.
