    Mashed one large banana (about ½ cup) to sub for an equal amount of yogurt. Used plain yogurt with no increase in the sugar. Folded in 1 chopped banana, ½ cup chocolate chips, and ¼ cup millet. Needed a good half cup of buttermilk, and it was still a stiff batter. We enjoyed these, but wished for even more banana. Next time I'll mash one and add chop two.

    Two 17 year old boys gave these a big thumbs up rating. Easy to make, no creaming of butter & sugar to do. I used ginger-cinnamon yogurt since there was no vanilla yogurt, which gave them a little extra zing.
