Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Decided to keep it simple for Thanksgiving this year and made three sides from this cookbook. Sautéed as directed, my Brussels sprouts were dark brown on the undersides after 15 minutes cooking in garlic butter on medium low. These were okay but not as good as other Brussels sprout recipes I’ve made.
