    Most people either love or hate liver of any kind. I’m in the first camp and prepared this for myself using one 4 oz slice of beef liver and 1/ 2 cup onions. I sautéed the onions in 1 t ICBINB spread and the liver in 1 t EVOO. Dredged the liver in 1t AP flour. Very satisfying lunch with a garden salad on the side.
