Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Used the highest amount of butter since the recipe said it would produce a crunchier waffle. We love our waffles crunchy, but were a bit disappointed that it didn't deliver in the way it said it would. May tweak the amount of butter to match the middle-ground variation the recipe offers next time. This is all just personal preference though, and the waffles did turn out great still. Overall, a solid recipe!

This basic waffle recipe produced textured cakes that were light and satisfying. Added a 1/2 teaspoon of almond extract which jazzed them up a bit. Tasty topped with fresh blueberries and maple syrup.
