    I am not crazy about this. It was a bit gummy and didn't rise that much. I also thought the directions were a bit unclear, which is unusual for SK.

    We love SK's blueberry muffins, so it's no surprise that we loved this muffin loaf. Moist, just sweet enough, bursting with berries. I used half white whole wheat flour.
