    Infuse vodka with tea leaves for 24-48 hours.

    I couldn't find loose-leaf tea, so I removed white tea leaves from bags, which may have made the vodka too strong after 24 hours. Still, the bitterness of the tea was nicely balanced by the other flavors. Overall, an easy-to-drink, not-super-sweet drink with tropical vibes.
