Can substitute toasted sunflower seeds for toasted walnuts, and dried thyme for dried sage. This recipe is part of the Winter Dinner Menu 1.

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

This worked well as a loaf although it was a bit crumbly. Taste was good; I put cheese on top of mine.
