Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Simple but very good - loved the herb sauce, which would also be good on shrimp, chicken, or even pork. I halved the recipe and there was still plenty of sauce left over. I used the blender but it didn't work well to incorporate all of the leaves, next time I'll use the food processor.
