    These were super easy for a weeknight and the flavour was very nice. I couldn't find any nice bone in chops so I used boneless and it was still good.

    Fino and miso was an unexpected pairing, but it was quite tasty. I couldn’t actually identify the fino in the finished dish, but there was something there beyond the miso and garlic.
